Mr. Remzi Kinali
Chef Ramzi Kinali has always loved the culinary arts, a talent he inherited from his family and their traditions in Anadolu Turkey where he was brought up. His career in the F&B industry was not only based on his passion, but also was accompanied by academic education from Restaurant & Hotel Management University and Anadolu Culinary University.
After his graduation, Chef Kinali’s journey escalated from being a Demi Chef, reaching to be an Executive Chef and currently being Elegir’s F&B Manager/ Corporate Executive Chef, as being the sole concept and menu creator for two of our running restaurants, Gunaydin Bakery & Metabolic.
Chef Kinali has worked at many top industry leaders in Turkey, Italy and Kuwait; including D.Ream Group, Capamarka Entertainment Group, and now Elegir Trading Company.
Always excited about the goodness of food, both in nutrients and taste, ingredients freshness is a quality that is never compensated in all of his dishes. Therefore, he works with local farmers, planning ahead, often six months at a time, to ensure that he has access to the finest produce the land can provide.
